Film Blowing Machine
PE blown film machine is one of the most widely used equipment in plastic film processing, mainly used for producing polyethylene (PE) film materials such as LDPE, LLDPE, HDPE, etc.

1. High production efficiency and large output: from feeding, melting, extrusion, inflation, cooling to winding, it can be completed in one go, which is very suitable for large-scale orders.

3. Easy to operate and adjust: The thickness, width, and other parameters of the film can be easily controlled and fine tuned by adjusting the traction speed, inflation ratio, and discharge volume.
4. Wide adaptability of raw materials: A blown film machine can process various PE materials (such as LDPE, LLDPE, HDPE) and their mixtures by replacing the screw and mold head. You can also add masterbatch to easily produce films of various colors.
